The Cow Artworks

The Cow Artworks was established in 2004 by Doreen Pfeiffer and has been situated at The Cobbles since 2006.  The gallery and framing studio is a welcoming space with experts on hand to advise on framing options. 

Our mission is to promote high quality art, specializing in both photography, original fine art, custom framing, bespoke mirrors, vinyl and wallpaper solutions.  Our black and white photography is from our local and international resident photographers.    One of our major achievements has been to establish photography within a wide viewing public, making it more popular, affordable and accessible. 

All our fine art is by South African artists and we pride ourselves on promoting new and up and coming artists. 

We have a track record of over 18 years, of supplying art to corporates, interior designers, hotels, restaurants and private homes.  Our loyal clients return again and again, trusting us to  find them works of art which are not only a sound financial investment but, more importantly, will give them and their families pleasure for generations to come.

As part of our offerings we source and supply vintage black and white photography which is not only affordable, but also a very effective way to decorate.

We have hosted many exhibitions, charity auctions and wine tastings, offering a safe and social event for our clients.
